Access to and use of racina.wine are activities governed by these General Terms and Conditions. Users who use the services offered by racina.wine declare that they know and accept these General Terms and Conditions. Changes and updates to the General Conditions of Contract will be notified to users and made binding by publication on the website in this section.

The site is aimed exclusively at users who have reached the age of 18. Registration on the site is optional and prohibited for children under the age of 18. At the time of registration, the user guarantees to be of age and undertakes to provide updated, truthful and correct information, as well as to communicate any changes to their data. The user is also required to inform the Owner of any unauthorized use of their credentials. If the Owner finds violations in the use of an account, the same may at its sole discretion inhibit access or permanently delete the information contained therein.

The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature that may arise from the use of the site. Furthermore, the Data Controller will not be liable for damages that prevent or delay the services offered if they are due to causes beyond its control, such as problems encountered by the telecommunications service providers and / or site hosting. The Owner undertakes to publish truthful, accurate and updated content and information on its site.

Prices

All sales prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT and do not include any duties, taxes or fees due in the country of destination if different from Italy. It is understood that these charges are the responsibility of the buyer who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities. The published prices are subject to possible changes without prior notice.

Purchase procedure

Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products published on the site. The conclusion of the purchase contract takes place at the time of order confirmation. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm a purchase order by communicating the unavailability of one or more products within 15 days. In this case, the Owner will immediately refund the purchase price and shipping costs incurred by the user.

Coupons and other purchase incentives

Racina.wine may occasionally use tools such as discount vouchers and coupons as an incentive to purchase. Unless otherwise specified, expressed from time to time in the respective offer communications, these coupons and discount vouchers will be valid for no more than 180 days.

Delivery

Upon receipt of the products, the user must check that they comply with the order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged and that there is no leakage of liquid. In the event of errors or damage to the packaging, the user will have the right not to collect the products by communicating the reasons to the courier and communicating with the Data Controller by e-mail at info@racina.wine illustrating the problem and communicating the number of order. Once the delivery document has been signed, the user will no longer be able to make any claims regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered. We therefore recommend the utmost care; in inspecting the package upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Purchases made on the racina.wine site are subject to the regulatory framework of the right of withdrawal; pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the Owner via email at the email address info@racina.wine within 14 days of receipt of the products, communicating their intention to make use of this right and indicating the number of order (viewable in the order confirmation email), the products for which withdrawal is requested and the bank details necessary to obtain a refund. Once the confirmation from the Owner has been received, the user will have 14 days to ship, at his own expense, to:

The Owner undertakes to reimburse the purchase cost of the returned goods within 14 days of receipt of the same, excluding shipping costs.
