Description

Balanced orange wine, with good body, medium acidity, subtle dry/aromatic balance (enriched by the Zibibbo bouquet).

The Greco Bianco and Zibibbo grapes macerate on the skins for 9 days with frequent punching, decanting at the beginning of winter and batonnage of the thin lees for 10 weeks.

A material wine, to eat, son of Magna Graecia and of our chaos.
